Price quotes for travel are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with full passenger names and deposit payment. Quotes on airfare are not confirmed until paid in full and can change without notice. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability. Unless otherwise noted price quotes typically do not include airfare, gratuities, meals, telephone calls, resort fees, incidental items, souvenirs, airport transfers, or travel insurance.

Full payment only, IN OUR OFFICE, will guarantee rates. Certain air segments may have additional restrictions, and full payment may be required at time of booking. Groups and special tours require deposits per supplier contracts. All last-minute fees are nonrefundable. All reservations ticketed to protect fares are subject to cancellation or change fees depending on the supplier’s policy and may be nonrefundable. DEPOSITS: All deposits are nonrefundable.

We DO NOT accept Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Zelle. We DO NOT accept payments by check and money order by mail for tours and group bookings. We also accept payments via phone with a major credit or debit card with an approved credit card authorization form.
